Privacy, in Plain Words
We haul junk. The whole list of what we know about you, and why, fits in one chart — the same way the prices do.
| What | How we get it | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| Name, phone, city, job type, notes | The booking form, delivered to us as an email | Calling you back with a price |
| What you say on the phone | Calls to (208) 591-8785, which may be recorded and transcribed | Turning "the fridge, two dressers and whatever's behind the water heater" into an accurate number |
| Photos of the pile | Texted to that same number; they land in its message inbox | A tighter price before the truck rolls |
| Visit counts, pages read, phone-link taps | Google Analytics, using cookies of its own | Seeing whether the pages help |
| Page views only | Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie | Same thing, without cookies |
Four things that aren't on the chart
Because they don't happen. Your details are never sold or handed to another business. There is no mailing list. Neither counter is used for ads — no ad tracking, no retargeting, no chat pop-up. And no money moves through this website, so no card or bank detail ever touches it; our web host and our phone provider keep only the technical logs that come with running a website and a phone line, on their own terms.
On recording
Idaho allows a call to be recorded when one party to it consents. If you'd rather yours weren't, book online and the crew calls you from there.
Fixing or removing your details
Call the number and ask. That's it.
