Terms, Before You Point at Anything

How the price works, what can't go on the truck, whose receipt the donation is, and where the truck goes. Plain words, no small print.

The price

Quotes come off the public chart, by how much of the truck the load fills, based on what you describe or photograph. When the crew arrives they look at the actual pile and confirm the number before a single item is lifted. That confirmed number is the bill. If the pile turns out bigger than the photos suggested — the "oh, and the shed" moment — the new figure is said out loud first, and you can say no at that point without owing anything for the trip. Nothing gets loaded on a number you haven't approved.

What rides, and what can't

If two people can carry it or dolly it, it almost certainly goes. What doesn't: open paint, stains and solvents (Ada County's hazardous-waste program takes those), anything suspected of being asbestos (licensed abatement only), and loads the crew judges unsafe to lift. Fridges and freezers ride, and their refrigerant is recovered at a certified facility before the steel is scrapped.

Donations and receipts

Where part of a load is donated, the receipt is issued to you and any tax deduction is yours to claim. We don't appraise items, and whether a charity accepts a particular piece is the charity's decision on the day.

Approval and access

Someone who can approve the price has to be reachable at pickup time — by phone is fine. Beyond that, an open garage or a clear path to the pile is all the crew needs.

The towns we cover

Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle and Kuna, across both Ada and Canyon counties, all on the same chart. Somewhere else in the valley? Ask; you'll get a straight yes or no on the call.

Who does the hauling

This website is the booking desk. The crew that shows up at your door is the crew that does the lifting and hauling, and they stand behind that work. It's fair to want proof of insurance before anyone carries a gun safe down your stairs — want it of everyone who hauls for you.

About this site

What's written here describes how junk removal tends to go in the Treasure Valley and roughly what it costs. None of it is a quote. The number the crew confirms on your driveway is the one that binds anybody.
